Congress Rules:

1. All competitors must be registered under the Master Points Scheme. All Events are played under the International Code of Laws of Duplicate Bridge (as adopted by the C.B.A.I.).
2. A Tournament and Play Committee will be appointed and will have the right to rule on any appeal.
3. The Congress Committee reserves the right to alter the Programme and Prizes if circumstances warrant and to cancel any Competition due to insufficient Entries.
4. The Congress Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without stating a reason.
5. No Player may win more than one Prize in any one Competition.
6. Players of Regional Master Rank or lower may be required to provide evidence of their status.
7. Appeals arising from the result of any competition must be lodged within 30 minutes of the results being posted.
